The Los Angeles Photography Center is proud to present its seventh annual STREET WEEK in LA festival. This event has grown from a weekend to a full week of activities. This outdoor show features more than 55 exhibits with world-class photographs, video projections, workshops, evening debates and activities for the whole family. The festival also provides exhibitions with The New York Times, the United Nations OCHA, Two Bit Circus and nightly programs with National Geographic, ESPN and the Los Angeles Times. The Photos Project from the Los Angeles Photography Center and the premiere of Brian L. The place is an initiative of the Annenberg Foundation and its administrators.

Guided tours are available as well as panel discussions with young photographers who are currently enrolled in photography programs at Las Fotos, Venice Arts and the Los Angeles Center of Photography. On Thursday, May 2nd, hundreds of Los Angeles public school students will gather in the park to experience the power of photography and interact with acclaimed curators and artists at an event dedicated exclusively to students.
